Dan Griffin, Interim President/CEO

Dan Griffin, has enjoyed over forty years serving non-profit organizations in the field of education, healthcare, human services and the arts. He has held executive positions in organizations such as Good Samaritan Hospital, United Way, Red Cross, and has consulted to multiple organizations.

As a experienced leader in fund development (including major gifts, capital campaign, fund distribution, strategic redirection and board development) he has held local as well as national positions with the Association of Fund Raising Professionals.

Dan graduated from the University of Redlands with a business management degree (BA). Furthermore, he received a professional designation degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in Management of the Non-Profit Sector.

Dan resides with his spouse Peggy in La Crescenta, California. He has served in various volunteer positions in his church, the California Pacific Conference and the Glendale Unified School District.

Daniel Nign, Financial Manager

Daniel Nign is responsible for the Foundation's accounting and financial reporting functions and the annual audit.

Throughout his career, Daniel has worked in the nonprofit sector specializing in accounting, information technology and administration. He also became experienced in computerizing nonprofit organizations as technology became more accessible to the general public.

In his spare time, Daniel is involved in civic and church organizations throughout the Pasadena area.

Born in Pasadena and raised in Sierra Madre, Daniel and his wife Mary have one son, Sean, 13, and reside in Azusa.

Daniel Nign

Nia Bailey, Administrator

Nia Bailey is responsible for developing working relationships with clergy, investors, donors and potential donors while communicating the services and resources provided by the Foundation.

She is also the go-to administrator for requests from investor groups regarding their accounts, conducting the intake process for all new accounts and planned gifts, and overseeing the process for the distribution of remainder amounts from planned gifts.

She is a member of Pacoima First United Methodist Church and longtime resident of Pasadena. As a wife and mother of four children, she is an advocate for children and education.

Her sincere interest is to be of service to the community by providing clergy, investors, donors and potential donors with the information, services and resources needed to grow in their respective ministries.
